General Director of Eurobit LLC about cooperation with the Moglino SEZ

Moglino SEZ resident Eurobit signed the agreement of intent to start their industrial activities just last October. Ekaterina Kretova, the General Director of Eurobit LLC, comments, what has happened since that day, at what stage is the project now and how is its implementation proceeding:

«The current year has become significant for our company. The successful presentation of the business plan at the Expert Council in February, the subsequent signing of the Agreement on the implementation of activities initiated our work on the territory of Moglino SEZ. The starting point was the signing of a lease agreement for a land plot with an area of 4.08 hectares. From that moment, engineering-geodetic, engineering-geological survey work was already carried out. In June, one of the design organizations of the Pskov region, began to form design and working documentation. In July, we signed a contract for the supply of a technological unit to produce polymer-bitumen binder and bitumen emulsion. Country of origin - Italy-Turkey (joint production).
 

Today, the work on the project is being completed. We have developed approved the general plan of the production facility and the adjacent territory and, have determined the design and interior of the administrative complex. The work is being carried out in accordance with the previously adopted and approved schedule. Despite the difficult situation in the region with the COVID-19 pandemic, we managed to implement our plans and complete the planned stages of the project on time. Now we are choosing a general contractor for construction work, incl. for landscaping, engineering communications, electrical networks at the production facility. Construction work on the land will begin in September 2020 and will last until November this year. The layout, installation of the production unit, as well as the launch of production are scheduled for the 2nd quarter of 2021.

A year ago we got acquainted with Moglino SEZ. That time we were only at the beginning of a path that seemed to us long and thorny. And today we are entering the “final straight”. We could hardly have realized our project alone. Well-coordinated work jointly with the professional team of Moglino helped us in finding the path to victory, the path to success! During the entire period of our activity as a resident of Moglino SEZ, the management, specialists of the technical service of the SEZ always provided us with prompt assistance in providing information, assistance in resolving emerging issues, support throughout the entire life of the project».
