Moglino SEZ Supervisory Board considered the investment project of Kon-Tiki LLC for the construction of a facility to produce non-capital buildings

On Wednesday, June 8, 2020, Moglino SEZ Supervisory Board chaired by the head of the region Mikhail Vedernikov, considered the investment project of Kon-Tiki LLC for the construction of a facility to produce non-capital buildings.
The project was presented via videoconference by the CEO of the company, Maxim Mayorov. Kon-Tiki produces prefabricated non-capital buildings for commercial purposes: restaurants, hotels, villas, gym, etc. Such buildings can be placed on almost any surface: earth, concrete base, forest soil and even water.
Currently, the production consists of a design office, woodworking and metalworking workshops. In Moglino SEZ the investor plans to combine all areas and build a full-cycle facility.
The company plans to invest approximately 300 million rubles in the project. The latest modern equipment, including robotic will be introduced in the facility. The project will create 60 workplaces.
Kon-Tiki LLC also plans active interaction with technical educational institutions to organize practical training for students.
Members of the Supervisory Board supported the investment project.
