Titan-Polymer Plant LLC (Pskov)
Titan-Polymer is highly integrated industrial complex for the production of PET granules and BOPET films, allowing the production of a wide range of high-margin import-substitution products.
The production complex will include two main productions:
1. Production of polyethylene terephthalate (PET) with a capacity of 133,000 tons / year;
2. Complex for the production of biaxially oriented polyethylene terephthalate film (BOPET) with a capacity of 72,000 tons / year.
PET granules and their derivatives are used in agriculture and construction (as sheet material and structural elements), in the food industry (flexible packaging), in the advertising field, as an electrical insulating material, in electronics, in particular, the composition of winding insulating tapes for electrical machines. Polyethylene terephthalate is the main material for reinforcing car tires, conveyor belts, high pressure hoses and other rubber products. PET is used to make BOPET films and polyester fiber, which is used to make clothing and nonwovens.
